I wish you had a place to get actual help, muddy as it sounds like things are deteriorating for you. I'm so sorry your psych care team sucks.

I can go to jail so I can't hurt the general population! (A Better option than seeing my case manager)

Is your ADHD being treated at all? It definitely helped me to get on guafacine. Which isn't quite as good as Adderall, but it's done quite a lot to help me. Would your treatment team consider something like Intuiv (guanfacine) to see if it might help a little for the ADHD? I know before I got put on it, I seriously thought I was going to go crazy because every minute lasted EONS.

I can’t take guanfacine because it’s a hypotensive (or at least causes hypotension)and I’m supposed to ve tapering off propranolol nowbecause of that and I had to stop clonidine because of that but that got halted because my pdoc has more patients than allows her to keep my blood pressure up

They said don’t eat red dye.

I don’t even know what food has red dye. Can I eat beets those are red and apples? I think those are my red foods. And hot sauce.

Edit my hot sauce doesn’t have red dye in it
