We all know from different articles around Internet that to do something helps on the road out of depression or makes it not so much hurting. I wonder if there are people here who want some sort of a "working toward a better time"-thread.

I mean that if we feel down and sit there, then to start to do a small amount of work in the house can be the beginning of climbing the ladder (messy houses are awful to live in). A walk outside or physical exercises can be another point of start.

It is not about perfection, but about the small steps that can help us over the bumps when we don't see the "the light". I think that if we have such a thread, it may help us to think about what we can do, small or bigger, to live as best we can. To fight together may help us to feel less alone ...Write here if you are interested.

After starting this thread, I was able to put clean dishes away, dress and visit the grocery shop. I was almost empty for food. The ony "things" I had at home was bread and butter, nothing for dinners, so I needed new groceries. I forgot to visit the post office that is in the same building. I have had my dinner, but don't have energy to do the dishes today, but that is OK. There will be a new day tomorrow to try again.

I was reading an article today about having a hard time getting started. So of course theres an app for that! What i like to do is leave an easy bit of work, like "move those two boxes", and that gets me started doing something the next day and boom next thing you know ive done even more things, without overthinking it or getting bogged down.

I have just read about the thread you began (I mean this) and made up my mind to come here and participate because I think it’s a great idea.

Today, I took my doggies to a site they enjoy a lot. It’s a skateboard track.
Dogs are not allowed but there’s nobody there and we all three went up and down. Playing with her balls, and then, we sat there under the shade, drink water and recover our energy.

It’s hot here. My city’s weather is the hottest in Spain, that’s why we have to be cautious with outdoors activities. So, we walk slow now and under the shade. It’s not like in winter.

Also very important you dedicate yourself a time to take care of your hair, your skin, your body and even try to learn about the colours that give light to your beauty.
I’ve been hidden so long after colour black.

Do you know somethings about Colorimetry applied to clothes according to your skin, your eyes and your hair? It’s very interesting to learn and it so you can little by little have more fetching outfits. And you don’t need to have a wardrobe full of clothes you don’y use because you can built your own capsule wardrobe. With these colours. Not the ones are now some influencers promoting. Your specific capsule wardrobe.
If you are interested, let me know and I’ll look for some information in English because I’ve followed things in my language.

As you said that humor is also welcome, it’s not very funny but I see it something close.

I confess that I’m very lazy to practise sports or doing some kind of workout.
I had one of this exercise bikes in a room. Well, I give it to someone because I was fed up with using it only to hang my clothes on.

I have a pilates ball. I have to blow it up each time I use it because days pass and pass until I use it.

Be careful! Too much heat can be dangerous.

I try to do some exercises for my back after breakfast, but have to admit that I have often skipped it. Did it this morning. I also walked to health-store to buy my vitamins.

Well done. Good for you! At least, stretching exercises are good for the back. This is my problem, my back.

I didn’t train but I have an excuse today. I had to do a lot of paperwork, phone calls and so.
There’s always an excuse, isn’t there? I’m a total disaster. 😅
