I eat vegetables and Greek yogurt. But I also eat chocolate.

I have a major problem with just eating every hour. Yeah I keep celery sticks but my hunger has been major these last couple months and idk how to control my hunger and just not eat for a couple hours.

It’s because you only eat vegetables and yogurt. Of course you are hungry

Well, you decided to stop taking Dope-amax - maybe that wasnt such a smart idea! I know it doesnt COMPLETELY control hunger, but it helps a little bit. Most people cant be beautiful AND smart!

Chocolate is pretty much wasted calories. Its just sugar and fat. Protein is more satiating. Veggies may be "filling" theoretically, but they dont appease hunger.

I dont think you can "control" hunger, like you cant control sleeping or sex or thirst. Its a physical, evolutionary need. You can put it off for a while, or become a monk, but on a day to day basis, i dont think its practical.

I think it makes more sense to use your brain to figure out what works for you. Like you seem to like pb&j's. Maybe make your own uncrustables with a better higher protein bread, use a banana, or they have high-protein jam now. Or mix some steripack tofu into the pb for a protein boost.

You like wings and stuff. You could bake or fry bbq-marinated super firm tofu until its crispy.

Yeah I need to stop keeping candy bars on my bed. That’s for sure. Being off Topamax has really helped with my anxiety. And I don’t feel hopeless and empty anymore. I’m able too have legit conversations now. So I feel like the 11 pounds I gained was worth it.

I have this kinda healthy peanut butter which I’ve been using instead of the Goober.

I got a bunch of protein stuff since the bars help better then the chocolate
Mainly I just need to keep the shyt off my bed so I’m not sleep eating 1000 calories at 3AM

It’s a good idea to not have food in a bedroom.

I used to have a crazy habit of eating an apple or an orange in the middle of the night. Now we live in 2 stories house, so it would mean I have to go downstairs for it. So I am not doing it anymore.

I mean fruit isn’t unhealthy, but eating in the middle of the night is. So if your food is far away at night, you are less likely to start eating. Too much effort

Now I’m walking to the fridge in my sleep to get sandwiches and I’ll wake up with 4 of them in my bed. I try to make legit meals. Rice in tortilla shells with salsa is one of my favorites.

I bought a bunch of apples and some sugar free whitening and dry mouth gum. Also some Tootsie Roll pops since that might help. I wonder if they still have that Native American guy on the wrapper.

Anyways it’s like I have predar Willie syndrome. Absolutely nothing is filling me up
