Do I just need a note from my therapist or pdoc. I’ve heard that’s what other people do.

You show up and pour mustard on the table and lick it up with your ear and say "I'm ready to determine some fates today/1

I responded that I would be very happy to be in the huror pool but I should mention I suffer sudden and frequent panic attacks which might require me to leave the room screaming.
That was the last time they asked me to perform my civic duty. Don't tell them this if you ever change your mind and decide you want to serve. This makes you permanently ineligible.

My husband has severe OCD and Tourette’s. Obviously tics are very audible, not just visible. Also under pressure of being in a court room I can only imagine what kind of flair up of OCD who would get and how severe his tics would get. Courts didn’t care. He wasn’t excused. Both times cases were cancelled. I suspect he’d be dismissed eventually if he ended up in a court room
